The editorial expressed anxiety over the investigation of the special prosecution that could end without probing the truth about the scandal as Hwang Kyo An and the conservative ruling party oppose the said extension and revision of the law on special inspection.

The editorial explained the following points which Hwang should not misjudge:

First, even "prime minister" is no exception in facing anger and judgment of the people.

Second, the investigation would be done although the "prime minister" denies.

The people would struggle to the end to condemn Park and Choe and their followers and remove deep-rooted evils.

Whether to accept the order of history or face the judgment of the people is entirely up to the "prime minister".
