DPRK FM Spokesman's Answer Distributed as Document of UN General Assembly and UNSC

Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- The answer, given by a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry to question put by KCNA over the UN Security Council's press release faulting the DPRK's surface-to-surface medium to long-range strategic ballistic missile test-fire, was distributed as an official document A/71/796-S/2017/139 of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council on February 24.
