Rodong Sinmun Sneers at Japan's Pro-U.S. Submissive Behavior
Pyongyang, March 1 (KCNA) -- As reported, Japanese Prime Minister Abe paid a three-day visit to the U.S. from February 10 and had talks with Trump. To curry favor with him, Abe supported the infrastructural construction project such as high speed railway construction in the U.S. and proposed an agreement on investment for helping it create 700,000 jobs, etc. as gifts.

During U.S. Secretary of Defense Mattis' less than 24 hour stay in Japan, the Japanese prime minister, the chief Cabinet secretary, the foreign minister and the defense minister vied with each other to hold talks with him.

Commenting on the facts, Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says:

This shows that the U.S.-Japan relations are those between the master and servant and Japan is a colony under the U.S. military occupation.

The U.S. and Japan are often touting their relations as "blood ties" but they are nothing but the master-servant relations.

It is the scenario of the U.S. to turn Japan into a militarist state, war state, again to make it serve the purpose of carrying out the former's strategy for dominating Asia-Pacific.

Japan is not blindly toeing the U.S. policy as a servant without seeking its purpose. Its intention is to realize its dream of becoming a military giant and realizing its wild ambition for reinvasion depending on the U.S.

Praising the U.S. as "apostle of peace," Japan is vociferating that the U.S. pro-active involvement in international affairs is indispensable for "international peace" and "stability".

Deplorable, indeed, is the position of Japan as its regime has to toe the U.S. line just to please its master.
