The secretary of the Khabarovsk Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation said one of Kim Jong Il's greatest exploits is that he enriched the Juche idea, founded by President Kim Il Sung, to make it the guiding idea in the era of independence.

The second secretary of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Party said that Kim Jong Il is the most prominent leader of the people as he devoted his all to the people for life, regarding it as his maxim to serve the people.

The first secretary of the Vladivostok City Committee of the Party said it is quite natural that humanity is longing for socialist Korea shining along with the august name of Kim Jong Il just like the law of nature by which the earth goes around the sun.

The first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Soviet Union stressed that Kim Jong Il is the victorious banner of the Korean people and their mental pillar and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un is creditably implementing the behests of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

Speakers including the first secretary of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Lenin Young Communist League, the chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche idea and the chairman of the Korean War Veterans' Council of Russia expressed their will to further develop the relations between the two countries, praising Kim Jong Il's exploits.
