Extending warm congratulations to the Korean people on the successful test-fire of Pukguksong-2, the Russian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK said in its statement:

Through the recent test conducted under the guidance of Marshal Kim Jong Un, the DPRK fully demonstrated its potentiality and indomitable will.

The test-fire is of weighty significance.

The hostile forces should acknowledge the DPRK's strategic position.

The Swiss Preparatory Committee for Gathering 2017-Praise to the Great Persons of Mt Paektu, the Swiss Preparatory Committee for Celebrating the 75th Birth Anniversary of Generalissimo Kim Jong Il, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea said in their joint statement:

Pukguksong-2 was developed with the Korean people's own wisdom and efforts from A to Z.

The test-fire is a clear warning to the U.S., Japan and south Korea.

This is completely just and legal one for the DPRK's defence.

Meanwhile, Manju Ratna Sakya, chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association, stressed in his statement on Feb. 17 that the successful test-fire of Pukguksong-2 would make a great contribution to the DPRK's development and the world peace and be recorded in history forever.
