They noted that it is bounden duty of the progressive people to study and disseminate and apply in practice the Juche idea, the Songun idea brightly showing the road ahead of the human cause of independence.

They stressed that the validity and vitality of the Juche idea, the Songun idea are evidently proven by the fact that the ranks of its followers are steadily increasing worldwide though the U.S.-led imperialist allied forces get more frantic in their moves to isolate and stifle the DPRK.
