No one has the right to fault the DPRK's measures for steadily bolstering up its war deterrence by dint of self-reliance and self-development meant to firmly defend the sovereignty of the country and the nation's dignity.

The DPRK was compelled to possess nuclear weapons as a means for self-defense to cope with the escalating reckless nuclear war provocation of the aggression forces at home and abroad century after century. The U.S. and its followers' open attempt for aggression have made the DPRK further bolster up its nuclear force both in quality and quantity.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet warmongers are describing the DPRK's bolstering of its deterrence for self-defense as "provocation", pulling it up. Such action reminds one of a thief crying "stop thief!"

Now that the hostile forces made it a fait accompli to mount a preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK and are making desperate efforts to attain their aggression aims, it is quite natural that the DPRK strongly reacts to such moves with powerful countermeasures.

It is necessary to show no mercy to the reckless provokers.

Those who violate the sovereignty of the DPRK and impair its dignity even a bit can never dodge the strong retaliatory strikes of its revolutionary armed forces Dno matter who they may be and no matter where they might be.
