Ali Houdou, president of the Socialist Party of Benin, said that Kim Jong Il developed in depth the Juche idea, the Songun idea founded by President Kim Il Sung to make it serve as an immortal banner of the Korean revolution and turned the DPRK into a powerful country.

Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, said that Kim Jong Il, who led the cause of global independence, made the DPRK firmly stand in the struggle against imperialism to give strength and courage to the countries and nations aspiring after independence.

Pascal Zouncheme, chief of the Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and rector of the Cotonou Institute of Journalism of Benin, said that Kim Jong Il always found himself among the people, having a short and uncomfortable sleep and a rice ball as his meal, adding that his life of devotion will be always cherished in the mind of the progressive mankind.

The chairman of the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany said that the Korean people and the world's progressives are still and deeply yearning for Kim Jong Il who made titanic feats for Korea's reunification and happiness of the people and for the cause of global independence.

Manfred Schneider, chief of the German Group for the Study of Korean Culture, the organizational secretary of the German Branch of the Korean Friendship Association, Thomas Lichter, vice-chairman of the Federal Republic of Germany-DPRK Association, and other speakers praised the energetic ideo-theoretical activities of Kim Jong Il and his Songun revolutionary feats and career.

Congratulatory messages to respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events held in Koeln and Bautzen of Germany.
