Attending the meetings were personages of various political parties and organizations and popular masses of Venezuela and the DPRK ambassador to this country and staff members of his embassy.

The general secretary of the Motherland Party for All said:

Comrade Kim Il Sung, eternal president of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, is the great leader and prominent head of state as he defeated the U.S. and Japanese imperialists in one generation, provided the Korean people with an independent and dignified life and turned the DPRK into a socialist country independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in defence.

Comrade Kim Jong Il defended socialism through his distinguished ideo-theoretical activities and energetic guidance, holding aloft the banner of independence and Songun and provided the nuclear deterrence for self-defence to ensure the regional peace and security.

Today Comrade Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the Korean party, state and army, is leading the Korean people's struggle to build a socialist power by creditably carrying forward the idea and cause of the preceding leaders.

Our Party struggling for independence, peace, justice, progress and socialism will more positively conduct solidarity activities for supporting the just cause of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people.

The general secretary of the National Leadership of the Tupamaro Revolutionary Movement said:

The looks of the heroic Korean people, who bolster up the nuclear deterrent for self-defence under the tested guidance of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un while dealing a deadly blow at the U.S. engrossed in invasion, interference and arbitrary practice, are giving strength and courage to the world progressives including the Venezuelan people.

We are convinced that the Korean people will surely emerge victorious in their struggle to defend the country's sovereignty and the nation's vital rights from the U.S. moves for a new war and push ahead with the building of socialism.
