Pyongyang, March 5 (KCNA) -- Leading newspapers of the DPRK in commentaries Sunday condemn the south Korean puppet group of traitors for viciously pulling up the DPRK over what they called "human rights violation" at the 34th Session of the UN Human Rights Council. They charge that the group, at a consultative meeting of chief delegates to the six-party talks with its American and Japanese masters in Washington, talked about "seriousness of the north's nuclear, missile and 'human rights' issues" and zealously begged for "cooperation in complete and effective implementation" of the UN "sanctions resolution". Rodong Sinmun terms the puppet group's deed, aimed to tarnish the image of the dignified DPRK, a shameful conduct of the confrontation maniacs with inveterate antagonism towards the compatriots in the north. As is well-known to the world, the DPRK is a paradise of happiness where all the people live in harmony, as members of one large family under the benefits of the grateful socialist system, helping and leading each other forward, the daily says, adding: It is very miserable for the puppet group to go such reckless though it has been forsaken and cold-shouldered by the south Korean people and the international community. Minju Joson says that the reckless remarks of the puppet group are no more than grumble of an idiot without ability to discern between paradise and hell and a last-ditch effort of those shocked by the DPRK's nuclear deterrence for self-defence. The south Korean puppet authorities have neither face nor elementary right to talk about other's "human rights performance" as they are the worst human rights abusers, it says. |
