After having a treatment at the hospital, Pak Yun Nam, an old man living in Pongji-dong, Phyongchon District, Pyongyang, said:

Ryu Un Hui, first vice-director of the hospital, told KCNA that the hospital is closely associated with Kim Jong Un's warm loving care for the people.

Visiting the hospital, foreigners and overseas Koreans are also unanimous in praising his loving care for the people.

Irina Malenko, chairwoman of the Ireland-Korea Friendship Association, wrote in the visitor's book in February:

Very impressive is magnificent hospital. What is the most important is that treatment here is available to everybody free of charge.
