The "Constitutional Court" finally decided on impeachment of Park with the unanimous approval of its eight judges, after having examined for three months the motion on her impeachment which passed through the "National Assembly" on December 9 last year.

Park was thus ousted from her "presidency" a year before the expiration of tenure of her office and will reportedly face a thorough investigation as an ordinary criminal.
