U.S.-S. Korea Joint Military Exercises Protested in Britain
Pyongyang, March 11 (KCNA) -- A demonstration was staged outside the U.S. embassy in London on Mar. 4 to protest the provocative Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises of the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces against the DPRK.

Taking part in it were personages of the New Communist Party of Britain, the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Korean Friendship Association UK and citizens.

The chairman of the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy said that the military drills being staged by the U.S. are for aggression as it removed the camouflage of "annual" and "defensive".

He demanded the U.S. stop the war games aimed at mounting a preemptive nuclear strike on the DPRK at once and withdraw its aggression forces from south Korea without delay.

The statement issued by a spokesman for the General Staff of the Korean People's Army was read out at the demonstration.

The protesters chanted such slogans as "The U.S. should get out of south Korea!", "Yankees, go back home!" "We oppose sanctions and war!" and "People's Korea will emerge victorious!", waving flags of the DPRK.
