The article blames the U.S. for seeking to convince the public that the joint military exercises are ascribable to the DPRK's access to nuclear weapons.

It discloses that the above-said exercises are the racket for posing nuclear threat to the DPRK which have been persistently staged since long before the latter had access to nuclear weapons.

It refers to the fact that the DPRK has made steady and dynamic efforts for defending peace against nuclear weapons and a war to remove the U.S. escalating nuclear threat and turn the Korean Peninsula into a nuclear free zone.

However, the U.S. has got more frantic in its nuclear war drills against the north such the Team Spirit while challenging the DPRK's sincere and positive efforts for denuclearization with sophism that the "Asia-Pacific region can not be nuclear free", it says, and goes on.

Tension on the Korean Peninsula is not ascribable to the DPRK's access to nuclear weapons meant for self-defence but the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces' nuclear war drills against the former.

The U.S. extremely hostile policy toward the DPRK and joint military exercises are, indeed, the basic factor compelling the latter to have access to the nuclear strike capability for self-defence and intensify it.

It is the exercise of the DPRK's legitimate right to take powerful counter-measures against the war drills.
