It noted that women workers of south Korea staged an action at the plaza of Kwanghwamun in Seoul on March 8 to urge proper distribution of wages for labor without gender discrimination.

South Korea has the worst gender discrimination in the world, it said, adding that it is the 116th in the world on gender discrimination index.
