The appeal was read out at the meetings before speeches by representatives of officials, workers, agricultural workers and intellectuals.

The speakers stressed the need for all officials to proceed to the construction and production sites and bring about uninterrupted fresh miracles and innovations through exemplary practices by learning the spirit and work-style displayed of the Kangwon provincial officials.

They called upon all officials, party members and other people to create legendary stories about heroes startling the world one after another so as to proudly enter the venue of the Conference of Mallima Frontrunners, watershed of building a powerful socialist country.

The meetings were followed by public processions.
