Message of Sympathy to Syrian President

Pyongyang, March 14 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, sent a message of sympathy to Bashar Al-Assad, president of the Syrian Arab Republic, on Mar. 13 as regards the terrorism in Syria that caused huge casualties.

The message expressed deep condolence and sympathy for the Syrian government and people.

It expressed the form belief that the Syrian government and people would eradicate the aftereffects of the recent incident as soon as possible and firmly defend the security and stability of the country, meeting all challenges of the hostile forces and frustrating all their acts of terrorism.
