The speakers expressed the will to honor this year's plan for grain production without fail by applying high yielding seeds the advantages of which have been proved in practice and scientific farming methods and decisively increasing the proportion of farm work done by machines.

They stressed the need to conduct dynamic mass movements including socialist emulation and thus adorn each day with miracles and feats.

They called for more dynamically conducting the agitation for signal successes at major construction sites including Ryomyong Street and sprucing up streets and villages beautifully, true to the Party's plan of building a highly civilized power.

They declared they would steadily create legendary stories about heroes in the drive for self-reliance and self-development in the spirit of Kangwon Province under the leadership of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and make a positive contribution to glorifying the Conference of Mallima Frontrunners as one of victors.
