Taking part in festival will be armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, and citizens from all walks of life, school youth and children, the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and other overseas compatriots' organizations and foreign friends.

Kimilsungia exhibitions and visit to Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia greenhouses will be held in local areas.
