The Youth Group for Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in Vienna of Austria said in its statement that the U.S.-south Korea joint military exercises are a dangerous saber-rattling leading the situation on the Korean peninsula to the brink of war.

It further said:

The DPRK had already declared that it would continue to build up the self-defence capability, the pivot of which is the nuclear force, and the capability for preemptive attack as long as the U.S. and its vassal forces keep on nuclear threat and blackmail and they do not stop their war games staged under the veil of "annual".

The U.S. should come out to conclude a peace accord with the DPRK, mindful that the latter is a full-fledged nuclear weapons state.

The Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association in its statement condemned the joint military exercises as a military provocation for preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK and a grave challenge wrecking the regional peace and security.

The world progressives should not pardon the moves of aggression by the U.S. and its vassal forces, it said.
