No-THAAD, No-War Drills Campaign Launched in S. Korea
Pyongyang, March 17 (KCNA) -- The Joint Action of Civic and Social Organizations for Opposing THAAD Deployment and U.S.-South Korea Key Resolve and Foal Eagle Joint Military Drills launched a sit-in strike on March 13 in Seoul to protest against the deployment of THAAD in south Korea and north-targeted nuclear war drills.

The participants in the strike demanded that the U.S. and the south Korean regime stop the war drills escalating tensions on the Korean peninsula and the deployment of THAAD stoking conflict and military tension in Northeast Asia.

Although Park Geun Hye was impeached but the conservative forces are persisting in anti-north, anti-communist and anti-peace policies in a bid to maintain their power, they charged.

That day there were a rally and a demonstration in protest against the war drills and deployment of THAAD.
