| Pyongyang, March 18 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho Saturday sent a congratulatory message to Aloysio Nunes Ferreira upon his appointment as foreign minister of Brazil. The message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would steadily grow stronger in the future and wished him success in his new job. |
