The street will show the high level of socialist civilization as it takes its shape as a model of Juche-oriented architecture, an ideal one.

Tree- and turf-planting is being pushed forward at the final stage in the street to cover 250,000 square meters of land.

The grassed area reaches 150,000 square meters and more than 30,000 trees of over 50 species were planted.

Applied to the construction of the street are energy-saving and green architectural technologies and products like geothermal ventilation, geothermal underfloor-heating, geothermal air-conditioning, anion-generating synthetic wallpaper and paints and hydroponics.

And a project for decorating apartment houses and welfare facilities with lamplights is going on.

When giving field guidance to the construction site of the street few days ago, respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un ardently called upon all the builders to strikingly demonstrate the invincible national power of socialist Korea by successfully building the street as a monumental edifice in the era of the Workers' Party of Korea.
