The U.S. puts spurs to the modernization of nuclear weapons to realize the ambition to dominate the world and tests intercontinental ballistic missiles when necessary. It is, therefore, the gangster-like intention to take issue with the DPRK's measures for self-defense.

It admits of no argument that the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK is a serious act of violating international law.
