The situation on the Korean peninsula always remains tense as the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces have waged the saber-rattling every year under the pretext of "annual".

The ruling quarters of the U.S. are now crying for preemptive strike on the DPRK.

It is the shameless American way of judgment to decry the just self-defensive drills of the DPRK on its land as "provocation". It is also the brazen American logic to justify their aggression war moves for sinister purpose on other's land as "defensive and annual".

By nature the U.S. emerged with aggression and has grown wealthy with wars. Thus it can not survive even a moment without invading others.

That's why nuclear sword for self-defense is needed to fight against the U.S. running amuck with nuclear stick of aggression. The DPRK's access to powerful nuclear deterrence serves as the only way for finally settling the standoff with the U.S. and as an absolute guarantee for ensuring peace and security on the Korean peninsula. This is the truth taught by the past history.

The army and people of the DPRK will as ever take self-defensive measures for nuclear deterrence in succession now that the high-ranking authorities of the U.S. still insist on the hostile policy towards it, running amuck without discretion.
