U.S. Muscle Flexing Has Gone beyond Red Line: Minju Joson
Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- The U.S. military confrontation hysteria against the DPRK has gone beyond red line, Minju Joson Tuesday says in a commentary.

It goes on:

The joint military exercises which the U.S. stages on the Korean peninsula every year are not aimed to cope with the "threats and provocation" from the north but prompted by their scenario to stifle the DPRK by force of arms.

This is clearly evidenced by the largest-ever Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military drills being staged by the U.S. programs of which are being updated with more dangerous operations every year.

The DPRK can no longer remain a passive onlooker to the situation as the U.S. is running amuck to infringe upon its supreme interests by hurling even troops of vassal countries.

The present situation in which the U.S. poses a grave threat to the supreme interests and security of the DPRK compels the latter to take a strong countermeasure for self-defence, the toughest step.

It is the unshakable guts and will of the Korean army and people to counter the enemy's hard-line policy with the toughest action.

Once the DPRK opens fire, the enemy will suffer the deadliest-ever shower of fire and the provocateurs and their stooges will have to pay a dear price.
