No sooner had the Constitutional Court finally decided on Park's impeachment than Hwang phoned to Han Min Gu, minister of Defense, and Yun Pyong Se, foreign minister, stressing the need to fully prepare for instant counteraction to deter the provocative will of the north and any provocation and boost south Korea-U.S. cooperation and cooperation with the friendly country to cope with the north's nuclear and missile provocation.

In his "talk to people" with regard to impeachment of Park, Hwang spouted such litany of vitriol as "nuclear and missile threats from the north" and "firm security" and convened a security meeting to issue an order to the whole army to be on high alert.

Days ago he went to the wartime commanding post of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of south Korea to cry out for taking firm security posture to prevent the north from making reckless provocation after misjudging the situation in south Korea as unprecedented emergency was created by the decision of the Constitutional Court on impeachment.

These are nothing but foolish behaviors to tide over the present ruling crisis created by the impeachment of Park which left the worst blot in the history of south Korean politics and divert the world criticism and derision elsewhere.

No matter how desperately he tries to create "security crisis" and "instability", he can never cover up the huge crimes of the Park Geun Hye group and dodge the public criticism of them.

Hwang is the traitor to be punished by history together with Park before anyone else as he is the arch accomplice in creating the present crisis in south Korea.

From the outset of the year, he revealed a cynical ploy to steadily pursue the traitorous "policy toward the north" pursued by Park, who was branded as dregs of history, talking about "maintaining key point" and "abiding by principles". He went the lengths of floating even the "story of provocation by the north in February."

Hwang is the pro-Park bete noire who should be eliminated at an early date, as he is crying out for confrontation with the north, far from drawing a lesson from the miserable end Park met due to the public severe punishment.

He seeks to evade the responsibility for the crisis, making last-ditch efforts to rally the conservative forces under the pretext of "security crisis". This is the intolerable mockery and insult to the public mindset in south Korea.

It is the unanimous desire of the south Korean people to make a clean sweep of all the dregs of history and greet a new spring.

Such fools as Hwang are bound to be sent to the cemetery of history.
