The message extended warm congratulations to Bounnang Vorachith and, through him, to the C.C., LPRP and all members of the party on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the foundation of the LPRP.

It went on:

The LPRP has achieved great successes in the struggle for opposing foreign aggressors, consolidating the people's democratic system and achieving the prosperity of the country for 62 years after its foundation.

The relations between our two parties and peoples of our two countries are traditional ones and genuine and solid comradely relationship based on the deep historical roots provided by their preceding leaders.

The message sincerely wished Bounnang Vorachith good health and the LPRP greater success in its activities to implement the decision made at the 10th Congress of the Party, expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties and the peoples of the two countries would grow stronger in the future.
