The festival opened last year left deep impressions as it proudly showed the aspects of developed air-sport technique of the DPRK and deepened the international friendship.

The "Wonsan Air Festival-2017" is scheduled to take place from September 23 to 25.

During the festival aeronautics of military and civil planes, parachute-drop skills, remote controlled flight of model planes, sightseeing flight, etc. will take place.

There will be colorful cultural events, seminar on boosting tourism in the Wonsan-Mt Kumgang International Tourist Destinations and tour of Mt Kumgang and Masik Pass area.

The festival will contribute to boosting friendship, unity, exchange and cooperation among the peoples of different countries desirous of peaceful and prosperous world.
