Releasing the white paper, a spokesman for the ministry let out rhetoric that "the north should awaken from a delusion of nuclear development" and "something better would be added to the white paper if there be changes in the future".

Minju Joson Friday says in a commentary in this regard:

The word "reunification" has not been fit for Park Geun Hye's coteries since their appearance as they have been keen on realizing their wild ambition for "the collapse of the north" while in office in collusion with foreign forces.

As for the puppet Ministry of Unification, it is branded as an anti-reunification and confrontation ministry in south Korea.

The "Ministry of Unification" exists in name only in south Korea and its real mission is to realize its wild ambition to "bring the north to a collapse."

The ulterior motive sought by the remnants of Park in publishing the "2017 unification white paper" all of a sudden is to sow the seeds of mistrust, conflict and discord among the fellow countrymen in a bid to prolong their dirty remaining days even a bit by diverting the south Korean people's criticism of them to the north and keep the north and the south from getting reconciled.

But the desperate efforts made by the confrontation maniacs before their doomsday would get them to nowhere.
