The Serbian president termed the U.S., Japan and south Korea the mastermind of aggravating the situation on the Korean peninsula.

Many countries highly appreciate the DPRK's measures for self-defence to protect the sovereignty and right to existence of the country and the nation, he noted.

He wished the DPRK bigger successes in the economic construction and the work for welfare of its people.
