Day of Sun to Be Marked in Peru

| Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- A Peruvian preparatory committee for celebrating the Day of the Sun, the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung, was formed in Lima on Mar. 20. Tani Baler Lopera, international secretary of the Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland) who is chairman of the Peruvian preparatory committee for Gathering 2017-Praise to the Great Persons of Mt Paektu, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize colorful political and cultural events including meeting, workshop and film show ahead of the Day of the Sun. |
