Withdrawal of U.S. Troops from S. Korea Demanded by Koreans Bodies in Europe

| Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- The Society for Cooperation among Koreans in Germany and the European Regional Headquarters of Overseas Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification made public a joint statement on Mar. 27 in protest against the joint military exercises being staged by the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet forces for aggression. The statement said that the dangerous Key Resolve, Foal Eagle and Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercises staged by them annually are bringing the situation on the Korean peninsula to the brink of a war. It urged the U.S. to replace the Korean Armistice Agreement with a peace treaty as soon as possible and pull back its troops from south Korea. |
