The Pyongyang Corn Processing Factory was remodeled on the 70th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The factory covers an area of more than 12,800 square meters and all its production processes ranging from raw material feeding to packing are put on an unmanned, germ-free and dust-free basis. It produces noodle, crushed corn, sweet jelly and other processed corn products, contributing to citizens' diet.

The subway train made by workers of the Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex, a leading vehicle producer of the country, is a product made by the working class of the DPRK in the spirit of self-reliance and self-development.
