Present there were Kim Mun Chol, chairman of the C.C., Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, and children, nurses, teachers, doctors of the center and parents.

The participants laid a floral basket before the art work depicting President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il among children.

Speakers at the ceremony said that the center has achieved many successes in the treatment and education of children with disability over the past years.

The participants went round various parts of the center, including newly-built audibility recovering room and physio-treatment room.
