Korean Books Donated to Russia
Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- A ceremony of donating Korean books was held at the Amur Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation on Mar. 27 ahead of the 105th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

On display at its venue were works of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and books showing the achievements made by the Korean army and people.

Attending the ceremony were the first secretary of the Amur Regional Committee, the chairman of the Blagobeshensk Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the chief of the Tynda Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and other personages of Russia and the DPRK consul to Khabarovsk.

The books were conveyed to the first secretary of the Amur Regional Committee.

Noting that they are pleased to receive those books on the occasion of Kim Il Sung's birth anniversary, the first secretary said:

We always remember the great exploits performed by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il for the development of the Russia-DPRK friendly relations.

Those Korean books serve as a valuable textbook for us who are eager to know about the DPRK and support the Korean people's just cause.

We wish the Korean people bigger success in the struggle to build a socialist power under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.

We will make positive contribution to the development of relations between the two countries and the two parties by actively organizing celebrations events for the Day of the Sun, the birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung.
