The DPRK makes no empty talk. It is its courage and spirit to do as it determined.

The DPRK has powerful strength to wipe out the U.S. in a moment. It has H-bomb which the world calls "absolute weaponry", various type smaller, lighter and diversified nuclear warheads and Korea-style powerful delivery means.

If the U.S. makes even the slightest provocation to hurt the DPRK, the latter will reduce to ashes not only the aggressors present in south Korea but also their base by dint of powerful preemptive attack without hesitation. This is the stand of the DPRK.

The powerful offensive means of the invincible Paektusan army are on the constant stand-by, keeping in the range of their strike the bases of the U.S. armed forces in south Korea and in the Pacific operational theatre and also the U.S. mainland. If we push a button, the bombs will be fired into the U.S. to reduce it to ashes. This is our warning. This will be an irrevocable fate the U.S. will suffer in its standoff with its rival, the selection of whom was made wrong at a wrong time.
