Tha Win, secretary of the Yangon Regional Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar, said that Kim Il Sung embarked upon the road of the revolution in his teens to put an end to the Japanese imperialists' colonial rule and liberate Korea and devoted his all to the prosperity of the country and happiness of the people.

He praised the President as a peerless patriot and statesman who built the DPRK as a dignified socialist state.

The President is always alive in the hearts of the Korean people and the world progressives for his exploits performed on behalf of the era and history, he stressed.

Tin Tun, director of the Myanmar Medical Research Institute, said that Kim Il Sung is a pioneer and leader of the era of independence who founded the Juche idea, showing the road for mankind to follow and a peerlessly great sage who warmly embraced everybody with his noble virtue.

He went on to say: The President built a genuine paradise of the people in the DPRK and wisely led it to dynamically advance along the road chosen by itself in any storm and stress,

Convinced that the idea and cause of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il would be creditably realized by respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, he expressed full support and solidarity with the Korean people in their cause of justice.
