Present at the event were officials of ministries, national institutions, social organizations and in the fields of public health and media, the representative of WHO, the UN resident coordinator and concurrently UNDP resident representative and members of foreign embassies and missions of international bodies.

Speakers said that WHO set the issue of blues measure as the theme for this year and has made efforts to prevent various diseases and contribute to improving the health of mankind and social development.

They placed importance on the issues arising in strengthening hygienic information service, treatment for preventing diseases and scientific research.

Data on management of spiritual health and melancholy were published.

The participants visited the Munsu Rehabilitation Clinic.

On the same day the intensive hygienic information service took place in every province.
