The Fourth Conference of the WPK and the 5th Session of the 12th Supreme People's Assembly in April Juche 101 (2012) decided to have Kim Jong Un at the helm of the Korean revolution, reflecting the unanimous will of the entire party and army and all the people. This was a great political event and great national jubilee that brought an epochal turn in the drive to strengthen the party and build a powerful socialist country at the important historic juncture of accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche.

Our party, army and people have pushed ahead with the victorious advance of the socialist cause and performed the greatest miracles under the uplifted banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, holding fast to the behests of leader Kim Jong Il as the lifeline under the seasoned and tested leadership of Kim Jong Un, who is possessed of brilliant ideo-theoretical wisdom, rare leadership ability and distinguished popular traits, and along the road of sure victories indicated by him.

Guided by Kim Jong Un, our party has developed into the party of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and all the servicepersons and civilians are united closer around it in thought, purpose and loyalty and Juche Korea has made so rapid progress that it emerged a nuclear and military power in the East protecting global peace.

Despite the worst situation where other countries would have collapsed a hundred times owing to the imperialists' unprecedented moves to stifle and isolate, socialist Korea is demonstrating such tremendous national strength that it is steadily conquering the vast space in the spirit of self-reliance and self-development and greeting a new golden age of national prosperity, the great Mallima era in which the people's dream and ideal are becoming stirring realities by doing ten or twenty years' work in just one year.

The astonishing realities brought by the glorious Kim Jong Un's era go to clearly prove the immutable truth that no one can block the victorious advance of socialist Korea following the road indicated by the great party and a final victory is in store for us.

Only victory and glory are in store for the army and people of the DPRK dashing ahead in the revolutionary spirit of Paektu and the might of self-reliance and self-development, holding aloft the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.
