The Nigerian-Korean Friendship Association said in its statement on Mar. 17:

South Korea is resorting to the confrontation racket, turning down the patriotic calls and sincere proposals made by the DPRK government to improve the north-south ties and avert military conflict and danger of a war.

Despite the strong protest and rejection by the public at home and abroad, the U.S. has been waging the DPRK-targeted war games around the Korean peninsula with huge aggression forces involved.

The U.S.-south Korea joint military exercises may bring the Korean peninsula and its vicinity to nuclear holocaust.

We denounce the war exercises pushing the situation on the peninsula to the brink of war.

Otete Gaston Mboyo, chairman of the Democratic Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association, said in a statement on April 4:

The world progressives are well aware that the annual U.S.-south Korean joint military exercises are aimed to mount a preemptive attack and stifle the DPRK.

However, the UN has never adopted a decision to blast the provocative joint military games disturbing the world peace and the stability of the region.

On the contrary, it has applied "sanctions" to the DPRK over its every routine military drill for self-defence and measure taken in conformity with international laws and the UN Charter.

We, together with the world people valuing peace and friendship, demand that the U.S. administration stop at once the reckless war games which may develop into a real war any moment.
