South Koreans' Actions against THAAD Staged in U.S.

Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Emergency Citizens' Action to Check Deployment of THAAD in south Korea staged an action in the U.S. against the introduction of the monster system by the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces, according to Voice of People, south Korean internet newspaper.

At rallies outside the White House and the U.S. Federal Congress on April 5 and 6, the delegation denounced the U.S. for deploying THAAD in south Korea without going through any legal procedures.

It conveyed a letter of protest to the U.S. government and Congress.

The delegation also held a consultative meeting for checking the THAAD deployment in the vicinity of the UN headquarters on April 7.

Speakers at the meeting vowed to intensify information service about the danger of THAAD and the struggle against its deployment in cooperation with the community of Koreans in the U.S.
