They include a delegation of the Japanese Society for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism led by Masaji Ie, co-representative of the Japanese National Liaison Council of Societies for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, a delegation of the Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea led by Chairman Juha Kieksi, a delegation of the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy led by Chairman Dermot Hudson and Iurii Anisimov, the delegate of Ukrainian "Treasured Sword of Songun" Association for the Study of the Juche Idea.

Arriving earlier were a delegation of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand led by Chairman Songchit Pullarp and Roland Vele Mukelenge, chairman of the Group for Study of Songun Policy Formed in Bandundu University of DR Congo.
