In an article titled "105th birth anniversary of Comrade Kim Il Sung", the bulletin introduced the revolutionary career of President Kim Il Sung who performed undying feats for the times and history.

It said:

In the DPRK there's no jobless person and the working masses lead a happy life in the houses offered by the state free of charge, not knowing the meaning of word "tax" but enjoying the social benefits of all kinds.

The President provided this popular socialist system.

The Korean people hold him in high esteem as the father of the nation and the eternal leader and celebrate his birth anniversary as the Day of the Sun as he established the best socialist system.

The bulletin also carried an article dealing with his feats for army building.
