They are Songchit Pullarp, chairman of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand, and Roland Vele Mukelenge, chairman of the Group for the Study of Songun Policy Formed in Bandundu University of DR Congo.

They have made devoted efforts to the study and dissemination of the Juche Idea in boundless reverence for President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

An awarding ceremony took place at the People's Palace of Culture here on Thursday.
