Order of DPRK Friendship 2nd Class was awarded to Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, and Masaji Ie, co-representative of the Japanese National Liaison Council of Societies for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, and friendship medal on seven others.

They have made positive contributions to the work for the cause of human independence through energetic activities for the study and dissemination of the Juche idea.
