Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- A delegation of officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) headed by Song Tong Hwi, vice-director of its Central Standing Committee, arrived here on Friday to celebrate the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.
