The letter said that April 15, the birthday of the President, is the day of the greatest fortune when the Korean nation greeted its sun for the first time in its history spanning 5 000 years and a day of historical event which brought the dawn of the era of independence to the world progressives.

It noted that Kim Il Sung, who embarked upon the road of revolution in his teens, shouldering the destiny of the country and the nation, performed great immortal exploits on behalf of the country and the nation, times and history with his outstanding idea, rare leadership and noble virtue in the whole course of his revolutionary guidance.

It pointed out that the undying revolutionary idea and exploits of the President shined more brilliantly and there unfolded a new era of prosperity of Kim Il Sung's Korea on this land under the guidance of leader Kim Jong Il.

The letter stressed that thanks to Kim Jong Un, the cause of the Juche revolution pioneered and steered by the great Generalissimos are shedding its rays century after century and the sacred history of the sun is given steady continuity.

It expressed the will to consolidate the association, the patriotic legacy left by the great leaders, into the organization trusting and following Kim Jong Un only, and make a tangible contribution to the prosperity of the country by keeping pace with the people in the homeland all out in the general advance toward the Conference of Mallima Frontrunners.
