Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Sunday had a talk with a delegation of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party led by General Secretary E.
