It was enjoyed by officials of the permanent mission of the DPRK in the United Nations and their families, diplomatic envoys of Russia, Belarus and other countries to the UN and their families and Koreans residing in New York and Chicago region.

Ri Jun Mu, head of the Uruk Symphony Orchestra, conducted the concert.

Put on the stage were Korean music such as orchestral music "The Leader Has Come to Our Post", "I Will Remain Your Son Forever" and "Girl Riding on Galloping Steed" and foreign music.
